Our pricing is relatively inexpensive, especially compared to the bigger company electricians who make up problems in order to charge you for something you really don't need. As long as you give as accurate details as you can on your issue or installation needs, we will be spot on with our estimate. Sometimes, surprises happen and things come up that could raise the price of the original estimate, but we will not proceed without your complete understanding and your ok. At The Denver Electrician, we work with people and understand that most have a budget they need to stick with. We will meet or beat any reputable companies price and give you 10% off of your first service call.
Once you reach out, one of our professionals will contact you back as quickly as possible. We will get an understanding as to what you want, and what your expectations are (including budget, time frame and other details). We also gather as many details as possible through questions and photos in order to give the most accurate estimate possible. Most importantly, we go to your location and meet with you as quickly as possible, and provide pricing that is accurate and easily understood. We follow up quickly with a detailed, professional estimate on paper, emailed or given to you in person. If all is agreed upon and understood, we book an appointment to begin working on your project! Simple, fast and professional.
I (Brian Williams Owner/Operator) have over 10 years experience as an electrician in commercial and residential electrical work. I did my apprenticeship with the local Union IBEW here in Colorado, CEC Vocational Technical school for two years with a focus on general contracting.
I was in sales for 20 years prior and wanted a change- to work with my hands and turn my ideas into reality. I have always been fascinated with electricity and how we, as humans, can control something we can’t see. Something so powerful that it can desintigrate you- into something everyone uses daily. Today, we rarely take the time to appreciate electricity and how it has evolved. From that first lightening bolt captured, to now, where we use it every single day and would be lost without it.
We work with every kind of customer in every kind of situation you could think of. We have seen and worked with it all! Residential and commercial. Solar farms, RTD light rail. Power plants, schools, tenant finish, rewire, remodel, light installation, EV car charger installations and everything In between. We have the knowledge and experience to help you with whatever your electrical needs are- small jobs to big jobs, The Denver Electrician does it all, and we do it right the first time, every time.
I worked on a new/install/upgrade wire for a recently purchased oven. This was an elderly couple that thought the oven that they replaced was powered by only 110 voltage. You, like them, may not know that 99% of existing electric ovens are 220volt. They insisted that it was 110 and had been for 15 years. They only used one burner at a time or the oven without the burner when she wanted to bake. So that was why they had me come out. To put in a 220 circuit to power their new oven. So when I located and opened the panel they had, I saw the existing 50amp breaker that was supposed to power the old oven. Half of the breaker had melted, and that was why they didn’t have 220 at the stove. I replaced the breaker, asked if they still wanted me to tear into the wall and install the new wiring for the oven or if they just wanted to use the perfectly running oven and save some money. They returned the new oven, and thanked me for making their holiday brighter. I really enjoy helping people, making their home safe and making things more convenient where possible, using the knowledge that comes with my trade. Saving people time and money is very important to me. I would never recommend something that was not necessary. (like many other companies do). I enjoyed seeing them smile and I enjoyed the homemade pie too!
Call The Denver Electrician! If that does not work for you, I would make sure the company cares for your safety and not just their wallet. Make sure you find someone who really does this kind of work because what we do is dangerous and can cause fires if not done properly. Make sure they are fair priced and are willing to work with you on pricing with no unexpected number at the end of the job. Read reviews.. Being completely comfortable with a service person is critical in making that decision.
What exactly they need done, with details and measurements. Take pictures of what they are wanting done if possible. Write down any questions they have. Do research on the company and employees they choose to bring into their home or business.
What their budget is. Know about the project you are hiring for and ask any questions about the process. Be a part of the project by asking questions, making decisions when needed and trusting that you picked the right company for the job.
